I wanted to parent consciously, but instead, I found myself constantly overwhelmed, yelling, and struggling to self-regulate in the chaos of motherhood.
Through mindfulness and self-discovery, I created space for self-care, self-regulation, and deeper bonds with my children. Inspired to support you on this journey, providing tools, guidance, and a supportive community for mindful parenting.
Being a wife, mom to two littles, drinkin’ tea, contributing to the wellbeing of future generations.
What can we probably find you doing on a daily basis in your life/brand/business?
When mama's are able to have the inner peace and tranquil moments they deserve to show up for their kids.
WHAT CHEERS YOU UP ABOUT THE WORK YOU DO?
Grateful that more mamas want to parent from a place of mindful awareness and that they are doing the work.
What are you grateful for in your industry?
A mama feels a little more confident that she can pull out some tools for more mindfulness in your day and the messages for growth I share stick with her.
What says your job is done?
Knowing that what I am doing is a shift toward generational well being.
What empowers you to perservere?
Good food, music, Family and Caribbean culture.
Rise with baby; make the bed, head to my altar for a little gratitude, breakfast, play time with baby.
Varies from day to day, but now that I’m a mom it’s working through naps and after baby goes to bed.
Travel to all the continents at least once. So far I’m at 4/7
Good food, music, Family and Caribbean culture.
Wake with kids. Morning cuddles. Some tea. Present breakfast time.
I go with the flow, being a mom, things require some flexibility. So working at nap, bedtime, or when my husband is with the kids.
