I’m offering you the opportunity to do just that. Y’all loved it last quarter so I’m back again, with the weekly Group Guided Meditations. I’ll meet you exactly as you are whether you’re new to meditation or have tried meditation before this is the quick and easy session for you.

I know your probably busy and self care feels like its hard to fit into your daily life, so I made it easy. We’ll meet 1x a week for only 10 mins, this time around on Mindful Monday @ 7pm to get into your goals for the week.
